He wrote for almost an hour, and Adrian stayed quiet and let him think the entire time. When he had finished, he had taken up about four pages in the small journal. Each line crammed full of words and little notes. It planned out how the two could meet, without anyone knowing. Alec, taking a leap of great faith, handed the pages he had just written to Adrian. It had been a good three weeks after Adrian's father had roughed him up, yet his shoulder did not cease to ache. The next thing he knew, Adrian's hulking, beef-necked father lumbered into Adrian's room, his flimsy blue house coat barely covering his gargantuan figure. "GET OUT OF MY HOUSE QUEER!" He bellowed.
